Shipments and returns
ShippingPackages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the shipper of your choosing. We offer Express delivery to your door, Express Delivery to you Post Box, Snail Mail and Collection. Please note that Collection is for the Johannesburg area only....Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If size matters, smaller is better. That way we keep the shipping costs down. We also reuse old boxes and packing material to further reduce the cost of shipping.
ReturnsPlease note that the product you receive from Delicate Desire is a Body Product. Once used, it is unsafe for returns. We will only honour warrantee and in extreme cases; a return.
